Welcome to 6 Ketch! This four bedroom, four full bathroom (plus two half bathrooms) Palmetto Dunes home can host a group of up to ten guests. It is located 2nd row ocean with the beach path right next to the home - making it a very easy walk to the beach! You'll have your toes in the sand within two minutes.

**Please note for any stays September 2023 through April 2024, Palmetto Dunes has a redevelopment project planned along Mooring Buoy - from the intersection of Sea Lane to the intersection of Port Tack. This home is located outside of the scope of the work however a detour will be in place for Sea Lane to Port Tack during these dates.**

The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, has countertop seating for four. The dining room features an oversized farmhouse table and comfortably seats eight. A separate laundry room features a new washer and dryer, utility sink and steps to the outdoor shower and beach path.

The primary bedroom provides the ultimate oasis: a corner bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in-closet and dressing area, and sliding glass door for access to the rear deck and pool. Accented with marble floors and granite counters, the primary bathroom also boasts a step-in shower and an oversized jacuzzi tub.

The guest primary bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet and dressing area, bathroom with step-in shower and jacuzzi tub, and a private outdoor deck. There are two additional guest bedrooms, with the first featuring a full-size bed, twin size bed, twin sleeper chair and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second guest bedroom features two twin XL beds, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and sliding glass door for access to the rear deck and pool.

All bedrooms as well as the living room and den, feature LCD TVs with Roku streaming and high-speed WiFi. An expansive deck lines the front of the home, with a patio table for 6 and steps directly to the beach path. A large wraparound deck in the back, with an additional patio table for 6, leads to a private landscaped pool and spa, completely renovated in 2022! From the gas grill to the outdoor dining areas, outdoor restroom, everything you need is right at home when staying at 6 Ketch.

- Pool & Spa Info: The pool & spa were completely renovated in 2022. There is even an outdoor half bath located by the pool. Both the pool and spa are able be heated seasonally only for an additional fee + it requires a seven day minimum to heat either. Neither will heat if the outdoor temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat/pay fee.

- Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Gear beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Gear rentals only.

- Parking: Parking is available for up to four cars max at 6 Ketch. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $25/pass for up to a week and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of passes you request. .
