Great Experience
The house was exactly as described, maybe even better. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. In many years of visits, this was the cleanest and best house for our needs. It is well maintained. The layout worked perfectly for 8 (4 grandkids and their parents and grandparents). Beach access is important to us. The location of the path made access very easy.

Awesome House!
What an awesome house!The location, just a minute from the beautiful beach was perfect and it was easy to go back and forth to the beach and pool, home to eat, etc. The house has huge windows letting in the light and scenery. The pool was beautifully landscaped and private considering it is near the beach path. The house itself has plenty of room and is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of seating for all and plenty of space to spread out then large common areas for gathering. The neighborhood is lush and fun for walking and biking. We really loved our stay here.

Great House and Location
They described the property perfectly. We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 7. Pool was better than expected. Walk to the beach was easy and quick. 2 minutes. The kitchen area was a little small but big enough.

Awesome location and well maintained!
Very cute home that is well maintained. We enjoyed its beach path location - it was so close to the beach. Great layout inside for our family and pool felt very private. We are so glad that we found this home and hope to return next year again. The rental company, Coastal Home and Villa, was great to work with and was very patient and helpful with all of our booking questions. Our family said it was one of their favorite homes!

Family Fun!
What a week!! Our family was thrilled with our rental home. It was everything that it was advertised to be. It was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Customer service was on top of things too. One small issue was resolved right away. The location was perfect. 2nd row from the beach with a pool. The kids would go to the beach and then come back and jump in the pool. We would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a home for 8-10 people. The landscaping in Palmetto Dunes is absolutely gorgeous. Mini-Golf was plentiful and very well managed. The restaurants are amazing. We managed to find a new seafood restaurant every night. Please consider this location for your next beach getaway.

Paradise!
We found our new favorite home! It was clean when we arrived and well supplied to get a vacation started. As avid beach lovers, only being one home away from the beach was perfect. The beach is SO close! The beach path was right next to the home making it easy for us to walk back for lunch (and naps for the little ones). When not at the beach, we spent most of our time at the pool - everyone loved it! Having the outdoor half bathroom by the pool was a nice bonus! The weather was beautiful so we ate many meals outside by the pool. We will definitely use Coastal Home and Villa again as they were very responsive and hit all the personal touches we look for in a vacation home. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us for the week & we can't wait to return to this home! It was the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.

A Great Place to Stay
Our family of 5 plus grandparents and friends throughly enjoyed our stay at 6 Ketch. The owners have the kitchen so stocked with cooking gear that it’s hard to find a place for your food! They have thought of so much. All the switches are labeled. The space in the rooms and spaces are perfect for a family to stay. The largest master bathroom was full of space. We just missed someplace to hang towels. The location to the beach was perfect. We are so thankful we got to stay here when we did!!

Excellent location!
This house was a perfect fit for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The proximity to the beach path was a huge advantage - so easy to make quick trips to and from the beach! We also appreciated the fact that this house was all on one level. The lack of indoor stairs made it safe and easy for our group with a wide range of ages. The pool area was clean, and the well-kept landscaping provided great privacy. We loved that the outdoor table by the pool was covered from the rain, but also bright and airy due to the outdoor skylights. Kitchen and laundry areas were clean and well-stocked with dishes and cooking tools. Beds were comfortable, and the living areas were spacious and well-appointed. The property management company was helpful and easy to communicate with. This house is a great choice if you can make 4 bedrooms work!

Great House, Great Location!
This is a lovely house -- very nicely furnished, well equipped, and immaculately clean -- and one of our favorite beach rentals. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The Coastal Home and Villa team was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to our requests. We hope to return next year!

great location great home for multi family
Home was well appointed and spacious. Plenty of outside tables and chairs for dining if weather permits. Pool was adequate for play and leisure. Kitchen was very well organized, beds were comfortable. Decor was tasteful.

Perfect for us!
My title says it all! So very pleased with this beautiful home. Pictures can’t say it all. All in our family were so happy with this spacious home. Everything one could need was there to make our stay enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the many large windows and sliding doors. So happy I decided to have the pool and hot tub heated. It was a great hit and much used. The short walk to the shore was perfect. Everything was clean and neat and nicely labeled. The delivery and pickup of beach toys was so good. All in all we loved the home and would love to use it again. Toilet in my bedroom was acting up. I called and within a short time a nice young man arrived to look at it. He arranged for a plumber to come and replace the flushing system. All within less than 90 minutes. It was a great vacation.
