**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

- Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.

- Private Pool/Spa Info: This BRAND new pool and spa were completed in 2024 and is 24' by 12'. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. Please reach out to our office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool and/or heat, if interested. Please note the pool is not able to be heated Memorial Day through Labor Day.
