We have rented many homes in Sea Pines, and I can say unequivocally that this house was the best! Newly remodeled, it was clean and pristine with room galore and adequate beds, bathrooms and all amenities! The kitchen was outstanding, and we cooked a lot so it was appreciated. Conveniently located between beach, Salty Dog, & Harbor Town, you will love this place, as well as Coastal mngmt that will see to all your concerns...

The Perfect Vacation
Absolutely LOVED this home! 140 North Sea Pines Drive is BEAUTIFUL! The owners did a wonderful job with the renovations – it was by far the best home we have ever rented. The updated kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for our family of ten. The pool was large and the kids absolutely loved it. The beach was a very quick bike ride away. We very much enjoyed our beach days at the nearby beach club. We loved the home so much we are already planning a return trip for later this year. We could not have asked for a more perfect home – thank you for sharing it with us. I would highly recommend this home for a most memorable vacation!

Modern, Clean and Beautiful
Hurricane Debby arrived during our stay which meant we spent a lot of time indoors! This house is HUGE and roomy - everyone had a large beautiful bedroom and bathroom for maximum privacy. The house is fresh, clean and well-stocked. We cooked and played games and enjoyed the modern amenities. The management company made us feel safe ahead of and during the storm. They sent regular email updates to keep us informed. They called and stopped in a few times to be sure we were safe and comfortable. We had some wonderful weather at the end of the week and loved the short ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed gator-watching from the safety of the upstairs back porch. The view from there is memorable! We look forward to coming again soon!

AWESOME Property
Ideal vacation spot for our entire family of 15 ages 3 to 76! The house is actually larger than the pictures represent. The large common area was very comfortable for all and the bedrooms with attached baths were very comfortable and roomy! The kitchen was well equipped with a large island for prep and seating. The pool is also larger than it appears in pictures and was a hit with the entire group! The beach club was a short walk or bike ride with plenty of room for setting up space and life guards on duty. We spent time in Sea Pines and other communities on the island. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Could not have asked for more support! We ordered beach chairs and a bike wagon with our complementary gear coupon and ordered two additional bikes which all enjoyed. Will not hesitate to book again! The property and accommodations were key to our wonderful vacation!

Loved this renoated home!
Loved the house, it’s been completely renovated. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and living room area, great for a big family. You have water around you so my son who loves to fish was in heaven everyday. Sea pines beach club is 1/2 mile from the house, a quick 3/4 minute bike ride. Rental company was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay.

Amazing Home

Just Perfect!
