My family and I have been lucky enough to spend multiple summer weeks at this incredible home over the years. From the spacious living areas to the beautiful bedrooms, every inch of this home is designed for rest and relaxation. Heading outside you have the massive back deck that leads down to the pool and attached hot tub. From there it's just a short walk up the private walkway to the beach and ocean. You're also a short ride from all the wonderful restaurants and places to visit like Harbor Town. I can't recommend this home enough for your next vacation.

Beautiful Luxury Property With All the Conveniences of Home!
This is a gem of a property. Fantastic layout allows for large/multiple families to share the fun. Layout is wonderfully open, with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is amazing - beautifully designed, great appliances, stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. Beds are very comfortable and the 3 King layout worked perfectly for our family. The pool area is stellar - nice size, the basketball rim was a big hit, and the hot tub was fantastic. Beach access is amazing - the private path to the beach includes a shower/rinse area that is perfectly designed. Appreciated the access to the garage, where a second refrigerator helped with food/drink overflow. Coastal Home & Villa was great to work with - they were responsive when I had questions, and very customer focused. Overall, this home ranks as one of my favorite homes over the 30 years I have rented in Sea Pines.

Beautiful Beach Home
Our family had a great stay at this home! The house was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out - it’s a very spacious home. The pool and spa area were a family favorite and the private beach path was such a great feature. It made getting to the beach quick and easy without having to worry about parking, and we loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day. We’re already looking at booking the home again for next year – we loved it so much!

Awesome!!!
Awesome home on the beach in HHI! Beautiful, spacious home with a well-stocked kitchen, multiple common areas and all the amenities you need. Awesome deck with sitting area that overlooks the pool and hot tub. A private boardwalk takes you to the beach - which is not crowded! We walked to Sea Pines Beach Club and enjoyed a delicious dinner at a fire-pit table. Renting bikes is always fun and we explored from South Beach to Harbour Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home in an awesome location.

Wonderful
Our family had the privilege of staying at this house several times over the years. It’s a wonderful location, just steps from the beach that feels like your own private space. If you like beach walking or biking this is the place for you. The sand is just perfect for both and it’s a short walk to the beach club where you can stop for a lunch or something refreshing. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need from a big screen TV to the gas grill on the deck. Lots of comfortable seating in several different living spaces The kitchen had everything we needed and everything is spotless. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Loved the private bathrooms for each. You’ll be fighting over the master suite! We always enjoyed looking for wildlife in the nearby lagoons and biking to Harbourtown and South Beach. We have a collection of Salty Dog shirts! We can’t say enough about this place. It is a wonderful vacation spot! Can’t wait to go back!
