Welcome to 26 Duck Hawk! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to eighteen guests. The home is located on an oceanside paddle lot in Sea Pines - making it a very easy walk to the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the beach via a private beach boardwalk. The second floor of the home offers ocean views.

- Bedroom 4: Queen (Mid-Level, Flat Screen TV, Shared Bathroom with Bedroom #5)
- Bedroom 5: Pyramid Bunk Bed (full on the bottom, twin on top) + Standalone Twin Bed (Mid-Level, Flat Screen TV, Shared Bathroom with Bedroom #4)
- Additional Sleeping Option: Sleeper Sofa in the First Floor Den (Full Bathroom Located off Den)
**Additional Information**
- Distance to Beach: Oceanside home. Approximately 100 yards to the beach from the home via private beach boardwalk that also includes a sitting area over the dunes.
- Pool Info: The private pool at the home is a freeform shaped pool approximately 21' x 8.5' and is partially covered. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

- No pets allowed. Fireplace not available for guest use.
- Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass/week + tax. The garage is not available for guest use.

Great house and location
Beautiful house. Located on the beach in Sea Pines, with your own little walkway to the beach. Pool was awesome and kids loved having the downstairs all to themselves. Fantastic location and large group set up

Easy beach acess
Coastal homes was very responsive with questions and issues. We had a clogged disposal and plumbers were there quickly and repaired. Home is aged, but very functional. Great views. CLEAN! Lots of stairs, not great for people with mobility issues- Rae M , Posted: 05/29/2025
Total family fun!
Our family had the best time at 26 Duck Hawk. We loved have breakfast on the porch each morning watching the waves roll in. The kids loved the pool. They swam multiple times a day and loved night swims. The boardwalk to the beach is a simple a short walk that worked for my dad who has chronic ankle pain. We biked daily and enjoyed going to the beach club which is only like 4 streets from duck hawk. The plantation golf club is great too and right across from the beach club. The bedroom configuration worked great for us. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen and grill were great. We loved the selection of games and puzzles on property. Great Location
The location of this property is perfect! Private beach access, shopping, & great restaurants! Lots of wildlife which my kids loved seeing! The house is very clean and has everything you need to start. The beds are comfortable and the layout is great because there is privacy on the bottom floor.
