11 Braddock Cove - Gem of a location
This was our very first vacation stay after owning in Sea Pine’s for 17 years. This location provided us a smooth transition to the rental market. The location is very private with breathtaking views. The unit was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Then you combine the location with all the amenities of South Beach and you have a perfect vacation spot. Natalie in corporate office was very helpful and so pleasant to work with. I will use this property again and have already recommended to my friends to use.

Wonderful stay!
We visited over labor day weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, great living room space, garage to keep our bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear. My three boys caught a bunch of fish on the ocean side, saw a lot of dolphins. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a second!

Great townhome beautiful views

Wonderful Stay
We stayed with you at 11 Braddock Cove from August 8th through 15th. I want to express our gratitude for a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate and very well equipped. The unit was tastefully decorated. We found the furniture to be much better quality than is typical in vacation rentals. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the Salty Dog complex with a wonderful view. Despite being an attached unit we did not hear a sound from the adjoining units our entire stay. It was truly serene. We were impressed the a/c managed to keep the house at the perfect temperature in spite of the record high heat the week we visited. It was also helpful having the VayK credit for bike rentals. And please know the responsiveness of your staff members when questions arose was very much appreciated. Kudos all around!

Family Vacation
We were all very very impressed with our stay in the townhouse. We had everything we needed for our visit before we left home including our passes to stay in Sea Pines and the codes for the home. There was no need to stop and pick up a key.There was more than enough space for our family of 7 including 3 teenagers. It was also impressively clean. We enjoyed the area and could easily walk to the beach. But, of course, the absolute best thing was the view. We spent the majority of our time in the house on the deck overlooking the water. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Spot for a Relaxing Stay!
From start to finish our experience was easy and memorable! At the very last minute the owner and the rental company accommodated us without hesitation that made our multigenerational family vacation one to remember! The large windows allowed everyone to enjoy the beautiful views. Watching the boats peacefully come in and out of Braddock Cove was my 89 year old moms favorite thing to do as she read her book on the deck! I can't say thank you enough as my family has owned 4 properties in Sea Pines this location is an A++!

Thanksgiving in Sea Pines
The villa was great. It was clean from top to bottom. Which you always hope for and don’t always get. A+ for sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture, rugs, refrigerator, oven, doors and deck. Really nice. My few thoughts…there are a number of outlets not working in bathrooms and bedrooms. I also appreciate your choice of simplicity in the kitchen in regard to glasses, dishes etc.which were all clean and neat. But a few more dishes you could pop in the oven or microwave might be helpful. It was a challenge to heat our catered holiday meal. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to South Beach. Thank you for having us. We hope we were good visitors and plan to be back again. The Tate Family

11 Braddock Cove
The property had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view of the cove was beautiful. This property is situated in a very quiet and relaxing part of Hilton Head and we liked that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach.
