This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is all on one level and can sleep up to seven guests. 2 Pelican Street was fully renovated and reconstructed in late 2022 by award winning local architect, Neil Gordan. This home features a brand-new large pool, with a private spa and sundeck area + covered outdoor dining (rain or shine).
The home is located a quick five-minute walk from the beautiful Hilton Head Island beaches. It is in the Forest Beach area of the Island, just off North Forest Beach Drive. Not only are you a short walk to the beach, you are also just a few minutes away from the renowned Coligny area of the Island with plenty of shopping, dining options, ice cream shops and even a grocery store.
The new floorplan is open and welcoming. The updated kitchen features an extra-large island with bar top seating. In the same room, you have the interior sitting area and large dining space creating a fun family atmosphere! Just out back, along with the brand-new pool and sundeck area, you have a covered pergola for outdoor dining. The flat screen television and outdoor kitchen island bring all the fun outside!

- Bedroom 2: King (Flat Screen TV, Bathroom Access from Bedroom or Hallway)
- Bedroom 3: Pyramid Bunk - queen on the bottom/twin on top (Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)
**Additional Information**
- Distance to Beach: 9th Row Ocean, 5 Minute Walk to Beach
- Pool & Spa Info: The private pool 36 feet by 18 feet with a depth of 3-6 feet + a sun shelf. The pool and sundeck are brand new as of 2022. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

Perfect family rental

Perfect location and space
Exceeded all expectations for our family of five (14/12/9 kids) as house was as advertised and more!! Backyard oasis (pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor TV), two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from Coligny restaurants and shops. Very responsive property manager!! Great Stay!
We had a really great stay at 2 Pelican - The home was super clean, an easy walk to the beach for every sunrise and sunset, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The house has been beautifully renovated and met most all our needs but the star of the show is the pool and hot tub in the back yard which we used daily. Also being convenient to Colingy Plaza was an awesome bonus. Even in the cooler Autumn weather and a little rain in the forecast it was still really enjoyable. Perfect in Every Way
Perfect location and great home. This house is a very short (3 min.) walk to the large, beautiful and quiet beach. It’s also a short walk or bike to the downtown area with shops, restaurants, and bars. The home has been recently renovated with high-end materials and is in tip top shape. It was perfect for our beach getaway. We absolutely loved the very private back yard that’s perfect for entertaining with a large pool, whirlpool spa, and outdoor kitchen and dining area with a flat screen TV. Clean home with great pool
The home was very clean and well appointed, obviously newly redone, and very comfortable for our family. The outdoor area was especially awesome, with a large yard, beautiful pool, nice grill, and comfortable outdoor seating area. Great location, just a short bike ride to Coligny and very close to the beach. We received a credit from the rental company which I used to rent bikes and beach equipment. Property manager was prompt and friendly in answering questions I had and handling a minor issue with our pool heat. Great house in a great location
This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to the beach (I'd recommend bringing a little wagon to wheel your belongings) and an easy bike ride to Coligny. North Forest Beach Getaway
This house is newly renovated, modern and new. It has no stairs which is a nice feature. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and a bike ride away from most attractions. The beach is so wide and fun to ride bikes on. The pool, jacuzzi, and backyard are beautiful and private with everything you need to grill and relax. Tyler at Coastal was great to work with.
