Wonderful
Coastal homes and villas is the only place I would ever rent from. They are so nice and clean and helpful. They go out of their way to fix anything or make sure your stay is clean and comfortable.

Just WOW!
This property was perfect! We have been going to HHI for many years and this place was our favorite! Very clean and very comfortable. The house was nicely equipped with everything you could need. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and close to back gate of sea pines. It is filled with light and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a fantastic pool. Honestly you could not want for more. Will definitely be back!

Perfect
This house was perfect. The best part is that beach path is right next to house no walking through woods to get to the path. The property manager came by and checked on the house and us after tropical storm Elsa came through.

14 Canvasback HHI
Our family of 11 stayed at 14 Canvasback the week of 6/21/25. The location was great. The house was beautiful and updated. We were very comfortable there. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. A couple communications with Coastal Home and Villas were immediately handled. The personal attention was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend. Enjoyed the proximity to Harbor Town, South Beach, and the beautiful Forest Preserve

Clean, EXCELLENT location, TONS of natural light
Major PROS for us: 3-4 minutes walking to the beach with a sidewalk trail right on the edge of the property. Upgraded/clean bathrooms! No carpet! TONS of natural sunlight. Very clean with great family room seating! Only very minor con (if you care) is you will have to contend with stairs to all bedrooms as kitchen/living area is on a separate level.

HH Family Vacation
Our family has vacationed in Hilton Head for the past ten years,,This home has a great location close to the Sea Pines gate on quiet cul-de sac. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has plenty of storage. We will definitely return next year.

Great house with great location!
This was our first time staying at this home. We had nine people and it was perfect. The house is laid out very nice very open with 2 great master bedrooms. The pool and deck area was very nice. The kids were in there every day swimming short walk to the beach on the path. It was perfect and worked out very well. The house was very clean and well kept and very well stocked in the kitchen,.we enjoyed having the beach towels and the chairs and Sand toys that were there for us to use. We were all very happy with the home and would go back there again for sure.

Great for families - and your pup too!
This was our first time staying at 14 Canvasback Rd, and we'll be back! Home was very clean and recently renovated with complete remodel of the kitchen (with high-end appliances), added huge sunroom that overlooks the pool connected to the living room, and expanded the pool deck - all of which are not shown the listing yet. Home also located in a private cul du sac, only a few houses from the beach. We had a great time!

Was a Dream!
We were new to Hilton Head Island and didn’t know much about it before our trip, but this stay in the Sea Pines resort area was an absolute delight! Sea Pines, as we learned, is a gated community at the south end of the island, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short 10-minute drive once you’re on the island, making it super easy to get to.The house’s location was fantastic, with a path leading right to the beach—just a quick one-block walk, which was perfect for our group. The house itself was a dream. It was immaculately clean, including the outdoor areas, and so well-stocked that we lacked nothing. Unlike some rentals where you’re scrambling for basic kitchen items, this place had plenty of dishware, silverware, glassware, and cooking ware—everything we needed and more.Managed by Coastal Home and Villa, the communication was flawless. They were swift, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. Check-in was a breeze, which set the tone for a stress-free stay. The bike paths throughout Sea Pines were a game-changer, letting us easily explore Shelter Cove, Harbour Town, and Coligny Square without needing to drive everywhere.The pool was perfect for cooling off, and with 12 of us in the house, it felt more than comfortable—plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely return to this gem in Sea Pines. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House and Location
This home is newly renovated and is fantastic. The home has a great open feel with high ceilings. We had 6 adults and 3 children in the house and there was plenty of room. What makes this home great is the access to the beach path. It runs next to the home. I have been going to HH my whole life and have rented a lot of homes that are 3rd or 4th row and never had a path as nice as this. The home is in a great spot in Sea Pines, close to the Ocean gate. Beach is perfect and uncrowded. Thanks for a great vacation.

Excellent
We are return visitors to this well located Sea Pines rental. Plenty of space for us and our two children's families, including our four granddaughters. Short walk to the beach and with a great pool to relax in and around when not at the beach. Well appointed kitchen on nights when you feel like eating in. We will certainly consider renting again on future trips to Hilton Head.

Perfect week!!!
The house was wonderful. Perfect location, clean, bright and even decorated for the holidays! And the kitchen was amazing. The pool was clean and lovely and the walk to the beach was so close and lovely.

Fantastic location and home
We traveled with a group of 11 people and 2 dogs for a recent stay at this wonderful home. The property is well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games and lots of beach towels. The decor is beautiful and the home is very specious. It’s much bigger than it looks in pics and is amenable to groups sitting around for lots of game time. Great location and close to the beach. We’d love to return and hated to leave.

Family celebration
The property was awesome. Our 2nd stay at the property. Very clean…..best stocked kitchen ever! Had to call one time and question was answered very quick and they called back to make sure everything was good. Lots of beach chairs and toys available. Bed comfortable. We had 13 family members celebrating our 50 wedding anniversary. Made lots of great memories! Highly recommend

Amazing Home
This house beyond amazing, all the little details did not go unnoticed. We arrived between Christmas and New Years and there was a beautiful Christmas tree and decor when we arrived! The location is very close to the beach and we lucked out with warmer weather. In addition, the pool was heated so we got to enjoy that as well. We would highly recommend this property!

Our Happy Place
HHI is our favorite vacation spot, and 14 Canvasback only added to our experience. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable - and the location was excellent with about 250 foot walk to the beach! Our only concern going in was the limited common area (extended family staying together), but this proved to be a non-issue. And Coastal was very accommodating to quickly address any questions or needs that arose. I wanna go back!!!

I would only rent from Coastal Home and Villa. Their homes are clean and exactly as described. Their service is exceptional. We had an issue with our grill and I emailed them and within five minutes they were at our home to fix the problem.

Relaxing

Absolutely Fabulous!
This home is a 10 out of 10! Fabulous house and truly beautiful inside and out! 4th house from beach….beach path is right next to the house…. not even a 5 minute walk from door to ocean. Pool and deck layout great. Very private. Interior renovation is spectacular! Brand new high end kitchen. Two family rooms connected with beautiful and comfortable sofas, chairs, ottomans. Incredible light filled home. 90 + degrees all week and air conditioning worked extremely well. Bedrooms are quiet and beds were super comfy. Highly recommend! A must stay!

Perfect Family Getaway
The house was perfectly located. It is just inside the back gate of Sea Pines so traffic was not an issue. The house is located immediately adjacent to the beach path which made for easy access to the beach. The private pool was very nice and our family enjoyed it throughout the stay. The kitchen was well appointed and everything in the house had clearly been well thought out. We would definitely stay here again.
