This particular condo is also outfitted with wireless internet. Another perk? This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $175 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your four legged BFF. Second perk? The complex pool is conveniently located steps away from the front door! This property comes with one hour of complimentary court time daily at the South Beach Racquet Club for all 2020 reservations.
As you enter the condo, you will instantly be in awe. The living room is located on the first floor and a nice spot to gather! It features a flat screen television plus a pull out sleeper sofa.
The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located just off the living room - a nice, open concept feel. Great for having conversations with your group while you whip up a delicious meal! The updated kitchen has bar top seating for two plus the dining room table can seat up to six.
Feel free to dine outside in the screened in porch! The screened in porch has seating for six and views of the Calibogue Sound. Just off this porch is a waterfront sundeck with drop dead gorgeous sunsets. There is a gas grill located on the sundeck available for your use as well. You have direct access to the waterfront scenic boardwalk that winds throughout the Lands End complex directly from the sundeck at 23 Lands End.
The master bedroom with a king bed and a flat screen television is located at the front of the property on the first floor. It has a private bathroom with an updated walk-in shower.
At the top of the stairs you have bedroom two which also has a king bed. This bedroom has views of the water and a flat screen television. The private bathroom has his and her sinks plus an updated walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is just down the hall and has two twin beds and a flat screen television. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

House is perfect. The management group, Coastal home & villa provided excellent service . Helped us through every step. They were the best I have ever dealt with. Quiet small neighborhood. Home was very clean. Updated bedding , floors, blinds, & bathrooms. Towels were the best I have experienced in rental. Easy access to the private beach. Dolphins everywhere. Great location and amenities to ‘get away from it all’!
Loved having the beach out the back door and the pool a few steps from the front door. Easy walk or ride to South Beach and The Salty Dog. The place itself is nicely updated, we had plenty of space for everyone but also room to enjoy prepping meals in the kitchen and options for where to eat together. We loved eating on the porch. My 20 something boys loved biking but also enjoyed being able to paddle board or throw the football on the beach only steps from our door. An outdoor hose would have been nice to wash off beach toys and paddle boards, also beach chairs that were in working condition would have been good, but otherwise the place was well equipped. We greatly enjoyed our stay at 23 Lands End. The views are incredibly and the home comfortable. It is in an ideal location with close proximity to the beach. For the most part the kitchen is well equipped which is important to us as we cook in most days. Our only suggestion is the house needs real sheet pans not the flimsy disposable type provided.
