Welcome to 24 Sandhill Crane! This stunning oceanfront home has five bedrooms with five and a half bathrooms and can host a group of up to 19 guests.
The outdoor area is simply the best! Outdoor dining table available, a private pool & spa, gas grill, plenty of seating and oceanfront views! The spa was newly added in 2024. The pool and spa are able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Please contact us in advance of your stay if you are interested.
1ST FLOOR
On the first floor of the home you will find three of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the outdoor porch. There is a private bathroom accessible through the bedroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom also opens up to the living area.
Bedroom two has two queen beds, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom three has two double beds and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower.
Nearby you have the laundry room with a washer and dryer & a second fridge. The first of two living rooms features an oceanfront view, large flat screen TV and direct access to the pool deck area. The mini-bar area off this living room has a wine fridge and ice maker.
2ND FLOOR:
The second living area has a large flat screen TV with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. This balcony has outdoor dining available as well as seating. There is a sleeper sofa located in this living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and has a breakfast table with seating. The formal dining area just around the corner can seat up to eight guests. A powder room is located close to these areas.
The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom - direct oceanfront with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private master bath has a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and his-and-her sinks.
At the end of the hallway, you have an updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the main bathroom for the final bedroom on the 3rd floor.
3RD FLOOR:
The fifth bedroom has two twin beds plus a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). There is a flat screen TV and the bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor.

Three June family vacations
The home is conveniently located in Sea Pines and close to Publix and Harris Teeter. The beach is a quiet area. The floor plan works well for a family gathering. There are always adequate supplies in the kitchen and baths to get started. The home is always clean with very nice bed linens and towels. We love the covered porch area. Perfect Paradise!

Fantastic experience
We had 11 adults (5 couples, 1 single) stay in this delightful home. The pictures do it justice. Access to the beach was direct, private, and easy. The rooms were clean, most things worked, and a pleasure. A Great Time for Girls and Grands
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation to Hilton Head this year! My daughters and my 4 grandchildren and my sister and I LOVED the house at 24 Sandhill Crane. It was simply beautiful and so perfect for our group. The grounds and furnishings were well-maintained and tastefully updated. And the beach is right there! Beautiful beachfront home
This beautiful home had plenty of space for our extended family. Loved the separate living spaces and two separate porches. No one was on top of each other. Fantastic House on the Beach
We had a fantastic holiday right on the beach. This lovely house was just perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren.Our family is spread out through Los Angeles, Montreal, Glasgow and London and this was the first time we had been altogether as a family for over 8 years. Although we come from Scotland, we have been visiting Hilton Head Island for around 30 years and it holds many family memories.The facilities both indoor and outdoor as well as its location made for a perfect family holiday. we would definitely stay here again (if we could afford it!)- Malcolm M , Posted: 10/19/2022
Amazing house and great area
We had a wonderful time and for a family of 5-7 we all had privacy if needed! We loved being right on the beach and the breeze was so nice during the day. We were not big pool users but it is nice to have there to lay around and put our feet in. Beds comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated. Wish we could have left extra dishsoap, laundry supplies for the next folks but discouraged. Very clean ! Wifi good - we could stream our church service easily and 2 people had zoom work calls.
