Welcome to 1411 South Beach Villa – the panoramic ocean views from this upscale villa sets the scene for a perfect vacation! This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom beachfront townhouse sleeps eight guests and includes a beautiful Carolina room, spacious living areas, and master bedroom with views of the ocean and Calibogue Sound. The expansive wraparound deck is over 600 square feet of outdoor living space with plenty of seating and a gas grill to enjoy the summer nights.
The well-equipped kitchen has granite quartz tops, and stainless-steel appliances. The king bedroom on the first floor has an adjoining hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor is a large master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed and one with two twins that share a hall bathroom.
This townhome is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Café, South Beach Marina + Shops, and South Beach Racquet Club with brand new pickleball courts.

- Pool Information: Community pool access is located at the entrance of South Beach Villa complex – 2-minute walk. The pool is open seasonally, typically April through September. Dates are subject to change.
- South Beach Villas offers a community pool (open seasonally only), grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.
- Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.
- Parking is limited to two cars total per villa. No parking is permitted on the landscaping or streets. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

Nice & Clean!

Holiday Season Family Trip
We love spending the holiday season in Hilton Head Island with our whole family, including kids, their spouses, and our grandchild, and this rental is a great place to gather and make lasting memories. The beachfront end unit location is extremely nice, offering extra privacy and easy walking access to the beach and all the South Beach favorites, such as, the Salty Dog, pickleball courts, and more. The unit is beautifully decorated, and the open floor plan between the kitchen, living and family rooms makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen is spacious and well designed for preparing snacks and meals for a group, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the deck is a standout feature with a grill and outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach views and ocean breeze. Perfect family vacay
Our vacation experience could not have been better! Not only was the setup perfect for our family of 8, it was clean and very comfortably furnished. Our villa was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was close by as well. South Beach Marina, with restaurants and shops was a five minute walk which made it very convenient to grab dinner, carry out or evening treats for the kids! Perfect Vacation
My family of 8 had a perfect vacation here. This rental was the cleanest we have come into which was amazing seeing how we now travel with our own cleaning supplies. PERFECT location. It was right next to the boardwalk to the beach and the outdoor shower. Many deer came up right around the deck each night and it was magical. Because of the way the house sits you can see the sunset over Daufuskie and it is beautiful. Make sure to bring your own spices, even salt and pepper as the house didn't have that.
