BEST HOME IN SEAPINES
This home was spectacular. It is right on the water. Screened in porch with heaters was amazing and perfect for cooler evenings. We saw deer in the back yard many nights. The management company was excellent and responded immediately to any questions. Definitely will return to this home.

October trip
This house was beautiful! Right by the beach and had all of the basics that we needed. The kids loved the pool and digging at the beach with all of the pool toys/shovels available at the house. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Home and Perfect Setup for a large family group
The Home was designed to entertain and spend time as a big group. We had 15 adult family members, and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms top notch. The small office worked perfect. The screened in heated deck was a nice touch for the chilly evenings. We will be back!!!!

Extended family vacation
Hilton Head is always a wonderful place for a family vacation! Over the last 16 years we've visited every year and this is by far the best home I've rented. Everything and more that you would ever need for the beach was provided by the owners. Beautiful home, pool and amenities.

Perfect family vacation house
We had a wonderful week on Brown Pelican. The design of the house is superb. It was extremely well equipped and beautifully decorated. The best house I have ever rented in Sea Pines.

Perfect spot to relax and unwind
This vacation property was designed with groups in mind. A well stocked kitchen, open floor plan, comfortable and inviting design, and gorgeous outdoor living areas all tucked quietly away in Sea Pines allowed us to all enjoy and relax. We enjoyed daily beach and pool time as well as frequently bike rides to Salty Dog and Harbor Town.

Family Vacay
Our family recently experienced a vacation of a lifetime when we stayed at 5 Brown Pelican in Hilton Head. The home was amazing and equipped with EVERYTHING you need, from kitchen utensils to beach equipment. The home provided so much space that everyone was very comfortable. The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to the beach and South Beach shopping and the Salty Dog Cafe. We will definitely try to stay here in the future. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

A very special place
Top of the line, house, location, condition. Like most we have been coming to HHI for years. We have a big family and rent oceanfront homes. This home was by far our favorite. The layout is open and the porch, pool and outside area were perfect. This was our first time working with Coastal home and Villa. Like the house they were outstanding. A special thank you to Natalie and Brandon from Coastal Home and Villa who were delightful to work with!

Great place for New Years Week!
Great place - no issues. Pool and hot tub heater worked amazing - saved a cold weather week. Place had plenty of chairs and a cooler so didn’t really need rent them - so sort of wasted our credit. Screened in patio heaters were also great for hanging out in morning and night time. Ocean view and sunsets were breath taking.

Wish we were still there!!!
This was a spectacular home, beautiful inside and out. We especially loved the front porch. The heaters were amazing during this cool fall week, allowing us to sit outside early and late and enjoy the ocean view. We also enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We needed an additional Sea Pines pass for an unexpected late arrival, and the management team worked to make this easy for us. Communication with the management company was excellent. We highly recommend this house and hope to return soon.

5+ star home
Absolutely the best home we have stayed in on HHI. Plenty of room for our family, spouses, children, and grandchildren. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. The pool was great. Proximity to beach and South Beach Marina also a plus. The house is very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc.

Amazing Home with Beautiful View
When the property was updated, they thought of everything. The house is set-up with a beautiful view and all of the amenities. Since it holds a lot of guests, they made sure to have enough kitchen appliances/serving pieces and laundry capability. Our favorite house in the 28 years we have vacationed in Sea Pines!

05 Brown Pelican PARADISE!!!
Every aspect of our vacation at 05 Brown Pelican was perfect!! We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren-11 people ranging from 2yrs to 77yrs. The home and property were beyond our expectations! I would highly recommend this property and Coastal Home & Villa. Thank you for wonderful vacation!!!!
