- Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 30 feet by 16 feet. The spa is heated year round for FREE. The pool can be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day (the pool is not able to be heated in the summer months). Please reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your stay to confirm and pay the additional fee.
