Loved the House!
We all loved the house. It was beautifully decorated and clean and everything was just the right size. The kitchen was great with all the appliances. We had a great time and we hope to be back next year. Your staff was great also. Always very helpful. Thanks again.

The Freedom House
LOVED this house!! So much character and charm. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and well kept. I've been to Hilton head 4 times and Sea Pines is my favorite place and this house is by far my favorite. Plenty of room and all the bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen is great also. I will definitely rent this house again!

Great Family Home
This house has everything you need for a great vacation with family and friends. Updated kitchen and open space allows for guests to be comfortable. We actually made meals in more often than we expected and enjoyed relaxing in the space. A short walk to the beach and a great sized pool.

Loved It! One of a Kind!
We all loved this house. Truly one of a kind. House is beautiful and such a short walk to beach. Also it is very convenient drive to Coligny as it is at the entry to Sea Pines. Pool and hot tub were great. Pool is fairly large for beach house. Very nice grill too. We would love to come back

Beautiful Piece of Paradise
We have been doing rentals for years and this is by far one of our favorites!!!! Home is beautiful, clean and well thought out. Space is perfect and the Guest House is fabulous for anyone with babies/small children. The house was equipped with pretty much anything you could possibly need and more and the pool/spa are a great size and get plenty of sun and you don't have to worry about a lot of tree debris always falling into them which is a plus. Location to the beach is great and the walk path is just outside of the gate. Will be looking to rent this one next year for sure!

Great house
We loved the house! The pool area is incomparable! Cleanest home we have stayed in our almost 40 years of vacationing in Sea Pines. Directions for use of pool and spa were very clear. Our only issue is that with our grandchildren who are now mostly adults ... we found that we could have used another bedroom. There are 12 of us.

Great Family Holiday Stay!
Had a wonderful time at this lovely property. Super convenient location (4th house from beach). Extremely well-appointed home, with chef's kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances and every tool you might need. House was spacious but not excessive, and the layout extremely comfortable around the main kitchen/dining/living area. Would absolutely rent this outstanding property again!

Extended Family Vacation
We had a great stay at 23 Ruddy Turnstone. The home is well appointed, beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, great pool area and grill. I can’t say enough about Coastal Homes as a rental company. They were extremely accommodating throughout this Covid-19 pandemic and made it possible for us to alter plans until we felt comfortable. Would definitely rent through them again.

November 2019 Stay
We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. It had everything you could possible need or want. A short walk to the beach and the ocean. Just amazing.

A wonderful vacation in Seapines
We loved this house and it’s location. A easy 5 minute walk to the beach.The pool and ho tub was used a lot. It is situated away from the trees so not many needles and it stayed clean. We would definitely stay here again.

23 Ruddy Turnstone is an exquisite property. We have been renting homes with our large family for quite a few years and this home is certainly the best one. It was spanking clean, decorated well, and provided all the amenities we wanted. The location is perfect too. Also, the management company was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect in every way!
The Freedom House has everything you will need when spending time with your family. The kitchen was fully equipped and appliances are top notch. Bedrooms and baths were clean and beautifully decorated. 9 adults in this home was easy to accommodate with plenty of room to socialize inside and out. We cooked in most nights, so the large kitchen was a joy to be in. We chose to have the pool heated while there, which was great for evening relaxing. Location right inside Sea Pines worked out great, easy to get around both inside Sea Pines and outside the community. Access to the beach is literally right outside the white picket fence, so morning sunrises were a treat to see.

HH perfection
This house was totally amazing! We have rented multiple times in multiple places and nothing could compare to this. It is impeccably decorated, outfitted with everything imaginable, super clean, and a super location. Coastal was also extremely efficient and responsive. All information provided was clear and complete.

Beautiful charm!!!
This house was perfect! We’ve been coming to HH for years and this house was a favorite! The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is perfect. My teens were able to bike to the shops and Starbucks everyday. I was initially concerned about a lack of shade in the back by the pool but there were three large umbrellas over the seating area and the pool got plenty of shade in the late afternoon. We’ve never gone back to a rental property because we like to try new places every year, but we may change our minds with this home. Would highly recommend. We left a fun puzzle for future guests to enjoy.

Family visit to HHI
We stayed at 23 Ruddy Turnstone for a week while on island to visit my mother. We had six of us in the house and it was perfect. Everyone had a beautiful room with a full bath and no disagreements about who got which room. The home is spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of room to sit together and quiet nooks to sit and get away. The management company was very responsive each time we reached out with questions or for help.
