Mahaffey family vacation
The house was awesome, immaculate, and newly renovated to perfection. It was gorgeous. It was all on one floor with four bedrooms for our three family family. The pool area was new and beautiful too, and our golden retriever and golden doodle were welcome. It’s called second row, but the beach is right there. We could not have had a more perfect house. It had huge trees and welcome shade In places. Perfect.

Great house
The House we stayed in on 14 Spotted Sandpiper was in the perfect location. Had easy access to the beach and the Pool and Hot tub were a huge hit with the kids.

Vacation Made Easy
Timely/helpful communication/response. Location perfect. Kitchen well-equipped/clean. Great room/patio room/dining/kitchen area combined in excellent way to be together but with space. Lots of door options made it easy to come/go without interrupting others. Attractive hot tub of brick, not typical molded insert. Better for a group. Sky light in queen bed room useful for us but may not be for all (we are early risers). Thoughtfulness displayed in starter needs (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs). Shower curtain in middle bath could be a bit longer to prevent dripping. Outdoor shower by pool had warm water and hose for bike/feet rinsing - useful in October. A keeper. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect beach house!
This is our second year booking 14 Spotted Sandpiper, and it was as perfect for our family this year! The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The layout is gives plenty of room for the six of us (and the second master off the kitchen gives grandma some space from the kids). We will book again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

This house is exquisite for a beach getaway. The living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, baths, outdoor spaces, pool, closeness to the beach - everything is a plus! Nothing negative to say about this house.

Excellent house and location!
Perfect for our family vacation. Beach weather was windy and unfavorable so we spent lots of time at the house and pool area. We hope to return next year! Awesome house and layout is perfect.

Great Property and Great Rental Agency
This is the 2nd time that we have stayed in this house. The house was as perfect a fit for us this time as it was last time. Very close to the beach (right on the path and you can easily hear the waves even if you can’t see them.) House was very clean and well stocked with toiletries, and cleaning supplies for our stay. Rental company is one of the best we have used over the decades. Such an added bonus for us to be able to take the dogs with us.

Family reunion
My wife, our two sons and their wives and our granddaughter all really enjoyed our week at this location. It was a great "breakout" from the pandemic. We were only slightly familiar with HHI so this longer time frame gave us an opportunity to really explore and learn more about the area. The house was the perfect operations center! Clean, well appointed, excellent location and superb property management communications made for an outstanding vacation. Thanks to everyone involved in the process.

Excellent stay!
This house is situated perfectly just 1 home over from the beach. It has been recently updated with new kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! We plan on returning.

Five Stars
We have been staying in Sea Pines for many decades now and have rented through several companies. This was one of the best experiences we have had with a rental company. The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries etc. The car passes were thoughtfully mailed ahead of time and we didn't even have to pick up a key. They even sent an email to us letting us know that the house was available a little earlier in the day than expected. Super happy with Coastal Home and Villa and looking forward to renting through them for years to come.

Beautiful House
This house was beautiful, clean and spacious for our 6 person family vacation. The rental company was responsive and pleasant to work with. Proximity to the beach was the best part, especially with two young children. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Hilton Head Island
14 Spotted Sandpiper worked out beautifully for my family. It feels like it is beach front although it is not directly on the beach. I have stayed in beach front houses on other areas of the island that had a much further walk to the water. There are 2 master bedrooms that allow privacy for couples. The other rooms are perfect for a family with children. The kitchen has more than enough dishes etc. if you are cooking for a crowd. We had friends over for a BBQ and the grill was also easy to use. The pool is lovely and just the right size. Local attractions are just a short car ride away. If people are able bodied they are a bike ride away.

Great House and Great Location
Beautifully updated house with plenty of room for eating and hanging out. Super close to the beach! The pool was great to enjoy in the afternoon. Added bonus of seeing deer almost every day. We will definitely return! We had a wonderful week!

Vacation Stay at 14 Spotted Sandpiper iin Sea Pines
Great house! We like to bring our 2 dogs to the beach and this home allows us to do that. It is open, bright and comfortable. Everything you need is available. The location is perfect: steps from the beach and the beach club. We will return.

Perfect!
We have admired this house from a few previous trips staying a few doors down and had the opportunity to stay here for our Hilton head vacation. The house exceeded our expectations. Great location. Loved it!

Fantastic!
We rented the house for three weeks to get away from the cold in Kansas. We used to own rental property in Sea Pines so I had high expectations. The location is fantastic (2nd row and you can hear the ocean). The management company was great to work with and very responsive. I believe we were one of the first renters. The rooms are a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Liked the open floorplan and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Appreciate the fact that the house was dog-friendly. You are right on the beach path which is positive but there is limited privacy until the bushes/trees grow to block the house/pool. Overall, Great house and would highly recommend this location!
