Welcome to 16 East Beach Lagoon - an oceanfront Sea Pines Home! This six bedroom, five and half bedroom home is located directly on the ocean and can sleep a group of up to 15 guests total. It is conveniently a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club - great spot to grab lunch or dinner on the water!

- Full remodel of both master bathrooms (1st and 2nd floors)
- New flooring throughout upstairs and in all downstairs bedrooms
- Complete refresh of oceanfront pool: new pool deck, refinished pool with a brand new sun shelf in the shallow end
1st Floor:
As you enter the home, you are greeted with a large and open living area that features a flat screen television. Just off the living area is a perfect lounge spot with additional seating. There is a powder room located close by as well.
Next to the living area is one of the best perks of the home, the updated beautiful fully equipped kitchen + dining area.
The first master suite is located oceanfront on the first level and has direct access to the pool deck area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen television and large walk-in closet. The private master bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
Just across the hall is bedroom number two that has a king bed and a flat screen television. This bedroom has a private bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has two twin beds + a private bath with a shower/tub combo.
2nd Floor:
The second master suite is located on the second floor. It features a king bed, oceanfront views + a flat screen television. It has direct access to a second floor balcony. The updated bathroom is just off the bedroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the twin bedroom.
The fifth bedroom has two twin beds + a twin daybed. It has access to the same bath shared with the king bedroom above.
The sixth bedroom is an oceanfront bedroom with a king bed and a small sitting area. It has a flat screen television and access to the second floor oceanfront balcony. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is an open den on the second level that has a sleeper sofa.

- Pool/Spa Info: The pool is a freeform shaped that is approximately 30 feet by 12 feet. This home has both a private pool and spa. The pool is NOT able to be heated. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add spa heat for your stay.

Great Family Vacation Home
Our family (10 adults) had a great week staying here! First, the house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was amazing and the gas grill worked great so we cooked in every night. Loved having two dishwashers, beverage fridge and an ice maker! Everyone loved their king beds. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the beach was SO CLOSE! We loved riding bikes throughout Sea Pines and the beach and even to the local stores. We had an issue with working the spa and the property manager came over right away. Perfect Spot!

A Beautiful Place for a Vacation
It was the hottest week of summer, but this property had a wonderful pool. It saved our vacation!! The house was great and we had plenty of room. We were able to put a crib in the Master closet and pack and play in the master bath and a crib and a pack and play in the room with twin beds. The rest of us slept in king size beds! One wonderful surprise was a mini fridge and ice maker at the bar! The location of this house gave us a beach that was not crowded, and when we had a breeze, we were able to put our Shibumi right where we wanted it to go. One morning we found a lost sea turtle in the sand dunes and were able to take it in a bucket to the beach where we all cheered it on into the ocean. Awesome Vacation in Hilton Head
We had a wonderful vacation at 16 East Beach Lagoon in HH. The house was very cozy, clean and in a perfect location. In front, there is a beautiful shrubbery and a long driveway with privacy. The bike riding is fantastic thru the neighborhood and then numerous bike trails that go beyond the Sea Pines neighborhood. The backyard has a lot of privacy with a pool and then leads out to the incredible Hilton Head beach that you can bike ride on. The house is well maintained and the only issue we had was the microwave broke the first day there. Maintenance brought us over a new one within a half hour. Best vacation yet!! Coming back next year.
Our family has stayed at this home for our family vacation for many years. Love the house for it is so family friendly. Since it is three generations together for the week everyone loves how close the beach is. Also love having a pool & outside cooking. All enjoy riding bikes. So much you can do so never are board.
