Great property
The 5 bedroom home was lovely. The backyard and pool were great. The home was very clean. The kitchen had every imaginable item needed. It was also appreciated that some beach towels were included. The wildlife visiting the yard was amazing. My grandson enjoyed the dock.

Spring Break in Hilton Head

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Ringing in the New Year in Palmetto Dunes
We enjoyed a relaxing week with family, and found the house to be clean and spacious with lots of windows bringing light into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was neatly stocked with all utensils we needed, and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. We also loved sitting on the dock and watching osprey, pelicans and cormorants fish in the lagoon. Aside from the house, highlights of our stay included pickle ball at the tennis center, cinnamon buns from the general store and riding bikes on the beach. Overall a lovely stay in a great home!

HHI family vacay
Vacay with adult children and Grandpa joined us. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood, great dock for kayaking & fishing, easy trips to beach (walking or biking), nice pool to swim and back deck great to sit out for breakfast coffee. House very well stocked with all your needs.

Vacation Oasis on Sea Lane
We love this property on Sea Lane so much we've already booked it again for next year! Located on a quiet street in Palmetto Dunes, it's an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and it has a private yard with a great lagoon view. The pool is large enough for 9 people to enjoy without being on top of each other and the 5-foot depth is great for kids. We love that the 2 master suites are on opposite ends of the house and that both include room darkening blinds. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck and saw all manner of wildlife including a gator sunning on the bank next to the dock, deer, crane, and fish jumping in the lagoon. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with a plethora of pots, pans, gadgets, and appliances (2 toasters, 2 coffee makers, 2 hand mixers, 2 blenders, a crockpot, and even a large electric griddle). Everyone we interfaced with on the Coastal Home and Villa team was friendly, professional, and communicative, providing excellent customer service. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

Perfect house
The house was clean and had a great layout. Everything on one floor, but never crowded, plenty of room and everything was in great working condition. The five bedrooms was wonderful and all the windows gave a beautiful view. Great serene location and comfortable!

Our favorite in Palmetto Dunes!
We were so happy to return to 34 Sea Lane for a second year in a row to find it just as wonderful as it had been the first time. The location in Palmetto Dunes is perfect because the street is very quiet and it's a short walk or bike ride to multiple beach access points. The pool is wonderful, beach towels and 3 folding beach chairs are provided, the kitchen is amazingly well stocked to cook large meals, and there is plenty of storage for everything you bring along. The lagoon view is wonderful and we saw a lot of deer passing through the yard. The property management team is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We will come back again and again!

Five stars on Sea Lane
34 Sea Lane was perfect. Plenty of room, check in was seamless and by access code. Place was immaculate and very comfortable and well appointed, with good beach access down a quiet street. Backyard is large and private with fantastic views of cranes, the occasional alligator and other wildlife. Pool and hot tub were great. We had occasion to call the rental company (Coastal) and they were immediate in dealing with the issue. Best vacation property manager we've dealt with. We'll be back.

Comfortable house in a beautiful setting
We had a fantastic stay at 34 Sea Lane. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the backyard is, and how well the house was designed to maximize the view and the whole environment. We spent many days outside watching for wildlife and swimming in the pool. There are plenty of comfortable places to sleep and relax. I liked the layout of the house with the bedrooms off to the side and a common space in the center. Kitchen was beautiful and we always appreciate plentiful plastic glasses to use outside near the pool. The pillows could be a little more substantial in some of the bedrooms, but the bed in the primary room is extremely comfortable. No issues at all with the house or with our stay. Had a fantastic time, thank you!

Awesome stay!
This house is better than expected...if you like the pictures and description you will LOVE the house in person. Everything in great shape. Super clean. Not pictured are 3 adirondack chairs on the dock of the lagoon? which is mostly shade after Noon! Spent a lot of time there! We love HH and Palmetto Dunes...and now have a bigger go-to house on our list.
