Great home for large family
Wonderful place for our family to gather at HHI. This home had everything we needed and then some. Great pool and outside area, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, convenient location. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation 2022
This home was wonderful, very well equipped, probably the best equipped as far as the kitchen with good cooking pots and pans, also the utensils were great also. Our family enjoyed this vacation so much hope to be back soon.

It is immediately obvious upon entering the house that this place is first class, well designed and someone is paying attention to details. As an example, someone took the time to line up all the utensils in the kitchen drawers(s) instead of just throwing them in there. Location is great. The six ensuite rooms sealed the deal for us.

Fantastic Large Group Vacation Home
This is a completely updated, well appointed, well stocked home. Every bedroom has a beautiful bathroom.There are two large primary suites, and each bedroom has a TV-a big plus for me. The kitchen is large and inviting and possibly the best equipped kitchen other than my own! Plenty of gadgets, appliances, indoor dishes, outdoor dishes. FANTASTIC! The pool is beautiful, great size, and the outdoor seating area is very comfortable. And a lawn! Such a rarity on HHI.And Coastal Home was extremely responsive to every concern or REQUEST . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Perfect Stay at a Memorable Property
Pictures don’t do this property justice. The home has everything you could ask for and more. We had a wonderful time at the house, in the heated pool and spa, at the pristine beach just steps away from the house, and biking Sea Pines. The property manager couldn’t have been more responsive. Simply the best rental home we’ve had the pleasure to stay in over the past 10 years.

Another Wonderful Week
This is our second year staying in this home and we have already booked it for 2024. The location is right beside the beach walkway with easy access to the beach. The home is the most well appointed rental that we have every stayed in. We love the outdoor area and the parking is ample. The location to The Salty Dog is one of our favorite things as we bike there almost everyday! Coastal as a rental agency is responsive and has gone over and above whenever we have had a request. They are really easy to work with.

Fantastic Home!!
We had an absolutely fantastic week in this beautiful home! We were there with our 2 daughters and their families with 5 grandchildren. The layout of this home fit our needs for space and beds (number and size) and right on the path for I a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for quick trips to and from the house/beach for a dip in the pool and for babies nap time! We can’t wait until next year!

Thanksgiving at 12 Seaside Sparrow
The house had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator space, and cooking utensils for a large family. I loved the 6 burner gas stove and 2 ovens. The bedrooms all had attached baths which was wonderful. We had enough room for parking and it was close to the ocean!

Great House!
This house was perfect for us. As close to the beach as you can get for second row. Beach path is steps from the pool. Very nice furnishings and well supplied kitchen. Management was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome Vacation - The home with everything
12 Seaside Sparrow has it all! Privacy, plenty of space to spread out, incredible porch area, close to the beach, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. We loved our 2 weeks there and wanted for nothing. Coastal was awesome as usual as this was our 4th stay with them. If you want a perfect and restful vacation, look no further. And of course, literally steps from the beach!

Excellent Thanksgiving Stay
Excellent property overall; Highly recommended. We had group of 8 adults, 9 kids and the house worked perfectly for us. Location to beach was super close. Tons of amenities (kitchen, grill, heated pool/hot tub, etc) - all of which worked perfectly. Great staff looking after the property - answered all questions we had quickly. We'll stay here again!

Great House
This was the third year we rented with Coastal Home and Villa and this house has become a favorite! Location is great and beach access easy. The house has an amazing kitchen and everything needed to make great meals for a large group. The outdoor space is beautiful. We plan on coming back to this house.

Family summer vacation
The house was beautiful and kitchen well stocked. Gorgeous pool and unbeatable location. Very quiet and pleasant. Family loved it! Enjoyed doing some working out sessions from the master bedroom balcony with partial ocean view in the mornings. Would go back in a heartbeat and wished we could have stayed longer! Management very responsive and helpful. Grill wasn't working one day and got fixed really quickly. Very responsive to email and seemed to be monitoring all the time for any issues or questions.

Beautiful Home for Large Families 50 yards from the Beach
Wonderful house, 5 star finish on everything! Tons of space, great for Kids of all ages. Pool and Spa are bigger than they look in the pictures. Would stay again for sure!

A Place to Gather for Thanksgiving
We have done a number of rental stays over the Thanksgiving holiday which has made the moms insist on driving from VT and FL so that we can be sure to have all that was necessary to prepare our feast in style. This was the first property we have stayed in that made our efforts unnecessary- the kitchen was designed and stocked for cooks! As for the rest of the house and location- magnificent!
