This lovely beachfront home is located near shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It was the perfect beach retreat for our last minute get away. The incredible views of the ocean make this home a stand out. It was very clean and comfortable and truly more beautiful than the pictures. This home was really a great find and in a quite neighborhood. It certainly offers something for everyone, whether you are a beachcomber, fisherman, golfer, or just enjoy relaxing by the pool, your time here will be an enjoyable experience. The ease of the check in and out was one of the best I have experienced. *Bicycle Billy's was great place to rent bikes from *Local restrants were wonderful * Day trips into Savannah and Beaufort were easy and fun *home does not have kitchen pantry stables (bring salt, pepper, spices, oils...) but is otherwise well stocked and very organized with pots, pans, bowls... *could use extra blankets for the beds but otherwise comfortable (summer should be fine) Yes, we would rent this home again, it does not dissapoint.

Best of the best!
Everyone in our family agrees that 65 Dune Lane is the most enjoyable beach home in North Forest Beach. From the walkway to the beach, the banquette seat at the large dining room table, the soaking tub in the master bath, open shelves in the kitchen, to the child's rocker our grandson sat in throughout our stay. Well done!

Second time staying in this lovely beach house!
The perfect beach house. We enjoyed it so much last year and couldn't wait to come back. We are two families - 4 adults and 5 kids and it is so comfortable with tons of living space and an incredible kitchen. It's actually even better than the pictures! We'll be back

Fabulous home, beautiful view, stupendous service!
Wonderful stay for multigenerational family! When the crib rental company had not assemble the crib, Coastal assembled it for us before we arrived. Enjoyed swimming in the heated pool the first few days! We were there for the big snow on the beach and even got to build a snowman! Before we even thought of it, the steps and driveway had been salted, any request was responded to quickly and efficiently. The extraordinary view was a perfect background for board games and fun conversation. The kitchen supplied all we needed to cook gourmet meals, and we could walk to restaurants and the tiki bar on the beach with live music. Even though the location seemed very private (granted it was winter), all supplies and services were quickly and conveniently accessed. When our flights home were cancelled, Coastal offered to help by allowing us to stay longer at a good rate. We found other flights but appreciated not having to worry about lodging while working with the airlines. Cautionary note: there are quite a few stairs. Stupendous location, fabulous home and extraordinary management!

Wonderful home and location
It was our extended family's first time at Hilton Head and I don't think we could have found a more perfect house. It's beautiful and worked perfectly for 3 couples with 5 kids between them (3 college and 2 high school) who wanted a chance to spend time together which is always hard given everyone's schedules. We enjoyed exploring everything at Coligny Plaza which is easy walking distance---from bike rental to restaurants to old-time small movie theater with recent release movie. We ventured to a few slightly more distant restaurants like Michael Antony's but really liked just hanging out in "our" North Forest/Coligny Plaza area. Three went golfing twice and enjoyed nearby Robert Trent Jones course as well as Harbour Town. Given the super-comfy living room area adjacent to the kitchen as well as the table at which all 11 of us could sit, gathering to play games, do puzzles, watch movies and just visit was very easy. We had a slight problem with an appliance at the beginning and Coastal Home and Villa brought us a replacement appliance the day after we arrived on Christmas Day. We could not have asked for better service from them!

Absolutely Beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful property and great location. It was great having ocean front views for most bedrooms with private baths for most. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Perfect House!
The views were wonderful and the ease of getting to the beach was great. The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was also great to be able to bring our dog. We loved the neighborhood and the shopping just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful vacation!

STUNNING Home!
Can not possibly say enough great things about our stay. The house was STUNNING and the backyard and beach were picture perfect. And the hospitality from Coastal Home and Villa was over the top. From helping us find a turkey for Thanksgiving to bringing over a hairdryer, they went so above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Many many thanks. Will most definitely be back to this amazing house.
