Great smaller house
Loved this house. Location is perfect. Is an older fashion style (no big bedrooms or ensuites) but it was very comfy, cozy and cottage-like for our small group. Everything worked and Coastal Home & Villas was maybe the most responsive property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Great house for friends to share as all bedrooms are the same — all comfortable for adults.

The perfect beach house
This house was perfect for our family and two dogs. The view was incredible and the heated pool lovely and the location for restaurants and shopping couldn’t have been better. Tyler, the property host, was quick to answer all of our questions and was a great help, as it was our first time in Hilton Head. We will be back.

Lovely week at the Beach
Perfect location to enjoy the beach, bike to the shops, close to many restaurants and golf resorts. Split floor plan perfect for two families. Heated pool was a nice added bonus. Upper and lower patio perfect for a relaxing vacation. Lots of sunlight, spacious, easy and accessible!

Perfect for what we needed!
Great place for a smaller young family and the in-laws. Place was clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. Location to Coligny Square, beach, and the heated pool were a perfect fit for what we needed. Property manager was very responsive. Pleanty of clean towels, extra bedding/pillows, grill worked, etc… Great stay, we will be going back!

Wish I could stay longer!
This is my third year at 99 Dune Lane, and it did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to stay for six weeks, and we loved every day. There is not better place to "debrief" the day's events than on the beautiful ocean facing deck. We sat on that deck every day except one, when it was raining all day. The home is spotless clean, bright and cheery, and has plenty of space for 3 adults and dogs. The split bedroom plan is great offering extra privacy when there are 2 families. There was one tiny issue with the ice maker, and it was fixed immediately. In the 3 years that I have stayed, that has always been my experience. Every year I have come, there have been improvements in the home, adding to the enjoyment of the stay. I wish I could give this property more than five stars !

Our favorite home yet!
We just returned home from our 12th year in HHI for spring break - this home was our #1 favorite rental yet. And we've had a lot of great homes so that says a lot. We loved the location - honestly the pictures don't do the view justice, it is breathtaking. The home is very clean and decorated nice. The pool is great and was heated to a perfect temp to enjoy for hours at a time. This house is a bit older and not as new as some other homes, but so well maintained and cared for - and location is unbeatable. I can't say enough about how wonderful our trip was because we loved the house so much. Also - super impressed with Coastal Home & Villa - best rental company we've ever worked with! So friendly, quick to respond and so accommodating. We will definitely rent this house again next year.

Christmas at the beach
When you open the door to the house, you are hit with the beauty of the ocean. Its an amazing location! The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. There were 5 family members and 2 small dogs that stayed at the house for the week of Christmas. We were able to use the heated pool for 2 of those days which was amazing. The home was quite comfortable for the 5 of us especially for movie nights. The deck which overlooked the pool was very nice. I can imagine spending most of a summer day on that porch!

Awesome beachside bungalow!
We absolutely LOVED this adorable beach cottage! It was perfect for our visit to see our daughter who resides in HH! We enjoyed having our grand dog be able to come spend time with us on the beach. The cottage was well equipped and clean, we loved spending time on the oceanfront deck and the pool was perfect too! Just a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny for coffee and groceries and all the shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again, looking forward to the next visit!

1st Family Beach Trip!
My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 5 years and decided to bring our whole family (6 adults and 3 kids) this year. It was the perfect family vacation! The house is steps from the beach! When the kids tired of playing in the ocean, we moved up to the pool. The house had plenty of room to spread out. Each couple had their own full bath (granted, one of them was off the pool and was only accessible by going outside) which is a real plus. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware (we cooked most nights; it's not too much fun eating out with 3 small children). The living area was large and comfortable. There were 2 decks with plenty of seating and great view of the ocean. We had no problems in need of management while we were there, but we did meet a supervisor upon arrival who couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. The house was too far for the kids to walk or bike ride to Coligny this year (ages 6, 5, and 4), but we think they'll be able to in another year or two! We loved that we could go straight to the house upon check in and not have to stand in line at an office to get the keys. We had chosen this particular home because it was dog friendly. But sadly, we lost our sweet Yorkie just prior to the trip. However, the house had no signs of previous dogs being there--no smell, no pet hair. As our family grows, we may have to choose a bigger home but for this year, this was the perfect vacation home for us!

Great family rental
This rental was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep, eat and enjoy family games at the large table. We had a couple of questions, and Coastal Home and Villa was fabulous to work with- very responsive - wish we were still there !!! I would definitely re-book

Great Beach Vacaction
This house did not disappoint us. It is as described. The location of the house, right behind the beach, is unbeatable. It makes going and leaving the beach extremely easy, especially with young children. The house is clean and smells lovely upon arrival. The design of the house makes good use of the living space, although it may be a little tight for 10 people. It has an excellent beach view from the 2 bedrooms with the King-size beds and also, the upper patio. It was wonderful to have dinners with the whole family on the upper patio. The lower patio where the pool is located has good privacy and is well protected from the wind. We find this very helpful on days when there is a strong wind. Above all, the property management company, Coastal Home and Villa, is extremely responsive to our concerns. They sent someone over to get rid of a wasp nest five minutes after I emailed them. What speed! They also helped me to recover my wallet which I left behind in the rental bicycle on the departure day. What a big relief! The staff with Coastal Home and Villa is the best. I will definitely use Coastal Home and Villa when I return next year. I hope they have a bigger house on Dune Lane.

Great location with amazing views
Loved our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location right on the beach with restaurants and shops all within a mile. Called property manager to check on some wasp nests we saw, they came within an hour to check and take care of, so great service.

Great Stay
My husband and I stayed for a week in April and we were very pleased with Coastal Home & Villa. Excellent service. The location was the best place we have stayed in Hilton Head. So close to the beach and the house was very clean and well maintained. The weather was beautiful. I really liked that the home had a garage. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Beach Front Location
Great location! Loved having the pool with the ocean just a few steps away. Enjoyed coffee on the deck with the ocean view, so peaceful in the morning. Kitchen is well stocked with whatever you may need. We will definitely be back!

Perfect size house in a great location on HHI

Perfect location
8 adults, 3 children. Amazing beach house, perfect layout for our family. Loved the back porch and pool was a huge hit! Able to see sunrise from our bedroom and of course the great back porch. The street was perfect for grandkids to ride their scooters. We hope to rent this beach house again.

Perfect location!
We had a great time staying at 99 Dune Lane! It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza and having the beach directly outside was exactly what we needed for our young children. The pool was nice and warm to enjoy even in our chilly days. It’s a great setup for 2 families with 2 bedrooms and bath on one side of the house and 2 on the other.

Our Favorite Beach House
My family really likes this house — we have rented it twice. It is an older style smaller beach cottage with a wonderful first row location on a great little street (quiet and tree-canopied but close to everything). It is hard to find a small house like this on the first row. Because of its size and age, the pricing is much better than other first row houses, If you want multiple en-suites and granite counter tops, or you have a larger group, this is not the right house for you. Instead, this has a killer view and is very cozy and comfortable for a small group. Everything worked well — AC, Wi-fi, pool heat, comfortable beds, ceiling fans and TVs in every bedroom. All of the bedrooms are suitable for adults, which is often not the case. Plenty of porch and pool furniture. Coastal Home & Villa is very responsive to questions and issues. My concern is that someone will buy it to tear it down and build a McMansion, but we’ll keep trying to rent it in the meantime.

Nice oceanfront house
Everything was as expected. House is well located, oceanfront in great neighborhood. Only drawback is bathrooms are a little small, but House is well-furnished and the private pool is a really nice touch! We would come back!

The Perfect Beach Vacation!
