A week in Heaven
The Home exceeded our expectations. The area was fabulous. My son-in-law and my grandchildren biked everywhere we went. We enjoyed the Salty Dog for shopping and breakfast and we ate dinner in Harbor Town. Both so convenient to our Home. The home was beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved all the decks, the pool and the fantastic bedrooms and kitchen. Also there us nothing better than a huge round table for dining. Thank you to the Manager of the Home for being so on top of everything. Loved everything about the property.

A wonderful vacation
Our 14 family members stayed in this beautiful property for 8 days. It was perfect. The house was spacious so that each group had its corner and the common areas were great to congregate. The pool was the center of the activities and the two outside porches were useful to watch the kids and still enjoy each other. Overall, it was a memorable stay for all!

Perfect Family Vacation
The house exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely perfect for our family. It was well stocked, very clean with beautiful modern updates. Plenty of room inside and outside for a family of 10. We loved the close proximity to the beach and Salty Dog. We enjoyed bike riding around Sea Pines then relaxing by the large pool area. Will definitely want to return!

Fabulous!!!
We have been renting in the South Beach area of Hilton Head for decades and this was one of our favorite houses ever! It is spacious in all the right places, decorated beautifully, well-maintained and clean. The newly remodeled primary suites were gorgeous and the kitchen, dining and living room area was perfect for entertaining our large family!! The pool and outdoor seating areas were lovely and the house was a very short walk to the beach. Thank you for your attention to detail and great service. We would love to rent again!

Family week 2024
We had an amazing week on black duck rd. The house was clean, updated, and very spacious. My family of 9 was comfortable throughout the stay. We loved the pool area and all the outdoor space. Then once I’ve to the beach was key especially with kids wanting to come and go from the beach and the pool. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, pans, accessories. We loved this location in sea pines. Especially with teenagers they biked everyday to salty dog or harbor town. We would 100% come back, thank you for a great week

Johnson/Delisanti Family Vacation
This rental was AMAZING! The size of the house was perfect for the 11 of us that stayed and the additional 6 that came to visit for the day! Having a bathroom in each bedroom was the key to happiness, especially with the girls outnumbering the boys! The house was just as described, the location was absolutely perfect to both the beach and Salty Dog! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for a party of 11 daily! The pool was perfect for an early morning dip, a mid day cool down from the beach and definitely night swimming! Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were clean, and the house was too! Furnishings were newer and accommodating for gathering for meals, or lounging watching a movie together! The use of the garage and elevator was very helpful as well! The property managers were incredible. We couldn't find a TV remote, and had an issue with the garage remote and Mike was out to us in under 20 minutes! He even followed up a few days later! There were walking/biking paths right by our house, golf was everywhere, shopping and restaurants right by the house! The discounts offered for rounds of golf, bike and beach rentals were a welcomed touch! I HIGHLY recommend booking not only this house but any property with Coastal Home and Villa! Wonderful Vacation Home
The home is beautiful, spotless and very close to the beach. It has a lovely outdoor pool and was spacious enough for our family of 13. We were never crowded as there are 2 large living rooms and several dining areas. We loved the outdoor porch and balcony. The kitchen was stocked with spices numerous dishes and flatware as well as pots and pans. The property management company was really great and super responsive. We hope it is available next year!

Awesome house close to the beach
We have been coming to Sea Pines and renting houses for over a decade and this was by far the best house yet. Just a short walk to beach and pool area great for hanging out. The property management company was great too with the one minor request we had.
