A great experience - Again!
We rent this house every year and have never been disappointed. Arriving this past February, we found that the exterior was freshly painted and the deck updated. So nice to see that the owners are maintaining it beautifully. The management company is excellent and even helped return something valuable that we had accidentally left at the property. Overall, a 5 star experience!

Family Vacation
The nine of us were happy to be together & vacation in this beautiful home. All of the bedrooms fit us well. The living room & kitchen were well equipped for our family who enjoys cooking and spending the evenings together. Access to the beach was easy.

Great Week!
We had an amazing week. Due to the cancellation of graduation we took a group of five teenage boys with us. They loved the pool, close walk to an amazing beach and bike trails for days. The Carolina room became their favorite hang out in the house. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing Pet Friendly HHI Home
This was our second time renting 3 Belted Kingfisher. We love being able to bring our dogs to the beach. The home is beautiful & we absolutely love lounging by the pool.

Beautiful!!
Absolutely fantastic vacation! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The rental agency was so attentive to our needs and super responsive. We asked them to warm up the pool since it was too cold for the kids (weather was unusually in the mid-70s) and they sent someone immediately to warm it up. There was something wrong with the igniter on the grill and again they sent someone right away to fix it. Kids and adults had a blast! Highly recommend this property!

February 2021 Stay
We have been winter vacationing on HHI for 12 years. 3 Belted Kingfisher was, by far, the nicest and cleanest house we have ever stayed in. We loved our time there. And Coastal Home & Villa was amazing to work with. After those experiences, it would be hard staying at another house and/or working with a different rental management group. Everything was great!

fantastic family beach week
Home is thoughtfully designed and well maintained. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The kitchen and living spaces provide plenty of room for multiple families to cook, eat and play. We especially enjoyed the pool and large outdoor space. The icing on top was the quick walk to the beach on the path right next to the house!

Beautiful Home, very clean, great location!
We spent a wonderful week at this amazing Sea Pines home. A five minute walk to the beach via beach access right outside your door, great layout giving the family space for multiple simultaneous activities without stepping on one another, well equipped home full off all the amenities we needed to make our stay COVID compliant by not relying on eating out every night. The house is nicely and recently updated, every room has its own bathroom (toilet/shower) and the layout makes the house feel even bigger than it is. Couldn’t have been happier, we will be back!

Great House, Close to the Beach!
We really enjoyed this home. It was exactly what we expected, based on the photos and online description. It was clean, the furniture comfortable, and it was laid out in a way that gave everyone privacy. The common spaces were also really nice. We enjoyed group meals and playing games indoors and outdoors. We weren’t sure if the beach path next to the property would be an issue, but it wasn’t at all. The property's landscaping was a really nice buffer and we loved having such easy access to the beach!

Another Great Vacation
This was our 2nd stay at 3 Belted Kingfisher. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. We have been vacationing in Sea Pines since the mid-1970's so we know exactly what to do, where to go, and what to expect. Bike riding, beach play with the dogs, shopping and dining were all amazing. The one or two small issues we had were very quickly addressed by Coastal Home & Villa. We'll be back next year.

March Madness
3 Belted Kingfisher was an ideal vacation home. The house was clean, well laid out and well-equipped. It was the perfect venue for our family get away. The island was in the early stages of Covid-19 so restaurants closed by midweek however, we were able to make the best of it in this beautiful home. We still took beach walks (great proximity to the beach) and spent family time by the beautiful pool. We will definitely return to this amazing property.

Amazing home in the perfect location!

Such a great house!
We have rented many homes in the last 30 years in Sea Pines. This is by far the best one. Floor plan was perfect, kitchen was very well equipped, heated pool was wonderful for small kids and older age groups. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home - Perfect for a Family Vacation
The home is literally the perfect vacation home. It’s clear that it has been recently updated and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Since the home is just a few minutes walk to the beach, it’s perfect for a family with small children and ’s a short trip to the beach and back for breaks from the sand. The pool and pool deck are clean and get ample sun. Plus, there’s plenty of shallow area for small kids. This is our second stay in this home, and both times we had to contact the management company for service issues (nothing big-just cable/internet questions). We received a prompt response and almost immediate service calls to fix our problems. We love this home and look forward to our visit next year!

Spring Break Getaway
This was our first visit to Hilton Head and everything exceeded our expectations. The house and heated pool were wonderful (looking exactly as the photos portray), location and proximity to the beach were top notch and the folks at Coastal Home and Villa were exceptionally responsive, not to mention that their restaurant recommendations were spot-on (thanks, Tyler)! Overall, a great vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

Another great visit!
We returned to Belted Kingfisher after discovering this house during Covid. It’s our favorite rental. Close to the beach, nice heated pool, and mindfully appointed. 4 bedroom en-suites, 2 separate sitting areas for family and even an ice maker. It’s a happy place-enjoy

Totally over the top, the home is wonderful, however I hate saying this as others may take up my space I want next year. Easy to the beach, well furnished, very clean and modern and the pool is probably one of the best we have seen for a private home on the island. Well heated, and clean, others are drab and dreary this is a wonderful oasis in the back yard. BBQ is clean and works!!!, wonderful place and will be back again and again. Close to almost everything you will need, and still far away enough to enjoy some private time.

It was great! The rep for Coastal Villas stopped by as we were arriving to check that the villa was clean etc. There was a small detail of a garbage bag that had leaked onto the driveway and he took care of it immediately.

Great Rental for the Family
The house was in very good shape, clean (very important in these crazy times), and newish renovated. Easy beach access from back of pool to concrete walkway to beach (very wagon friendly). No yard for games but spacious deck area. What made the rental even better was Coastal Home and Villa. They were very responsive prior to and during rental. Without a doubt the best agency we've had for vacation rentals! We will go out of way to ensure the next rental is managed by Coastal Home & Villa.

Great Beach House
We have stayed in this house three times and have loved it every time. So close to the beach, beautifully maintained and all around a great home. We love that it’s all on one floor and immaculate. Great HHI Family Rental

Perfect Vacation Home
It is exceedingly difficult to find a well taken care and updated house that allows pets and this house nailed it. Everything described was accurate. We didn't realize how easy it was to access the beach and it was only a few minute walk on the path which was an added bonus. It was clean when we arrived and well supplied to get a vacation started. The pool heated was a nice touch and perfect temp. We Will definitely use Coastal Home and Villa again as they were very responsive and hit all the personal touches we look for in a vacation home.

Great family home.
We enjoyed a great family vacation in this lovely home. The kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, baths and outside amenities were in great condition and allowed for everyone to enjoy themselves and follow all the “COVID” rules. The staff from Coastal Home and Villa were very responsive. Take your family/friends and have a great time. Walking to the beach is a breeze from the house.

Family getaway
This property was amazing for our family! It was spotless and an an open floor plan. We have a large family and needed space. It was big enough for us to enjoy the pool, the porch the sunroom and felt spacious but not huge. I like a house that isn’t too big so that we stay together and not separate. This house was great! Probably book this house for next year!

The home was perfect for my family from the bedrooms to the living spaces. Equally, the kitchen was great where we were able to have a chef come in one night. The pool was fantastic and the beach was just a short 5 minute walk on a private path that poured out into an open private beach. We definitely will book again.

Great stay!
Overall, our stay was fantastic! The house was clean upon arrival and was as-described. We did have a minor plumbing issue though it was thankfully addressed and fixed quickly by the team at Coastal Home and Villa, so it was not a disruption to our stay. Family vacation
