Wonderful Family Vacation
We stayed during the latter part of June and found the house to be very comfortable. Fantastic location and easy access to the beach. Large home with room for our family of 8 to have their own space and large common areas for gathering. The kitchen was great. There are a lot of stairs-but this allows for great views from each level, Fantastic multi-level decks. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the top deck-you can hear the waves rolling in. The only disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not heated-but to be fair this was noted in the contract for the time of year we were there. The management company arrived on our first day to make certain we got settled in okay and gave us some great suggestions on dining and other activities, We all had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home!

The Perfect spot for our Family vacation
This is our second time at 28 Duck Hawk, which we love for the space it provides three generations in our family and its ideal location. The home is bright, spacious and very comfortable. The owners have made some very nice improvements this year which were appreciated by all.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with our family in Hilton Head last month! The house we rented was perfect for our family of 10 adults and one infant. The kitchen area was large enough for everyone to gather when preparing meals and the dining table was able to seat everyone! We loved being so close to the beach and having a pool and hot tub to enjoy every evening after a day on the beach! The check-in process was easy as was the checking out. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Ladies Tennis Trip
We had 9 ladies for a girls trip - this house was PERFECT!! Plenty of room for everything. Nice kitchen. Pool is as nice as picture looks. Ocean view from house is even better than expected. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Hilton Head Oceanside experience!
We stayed for one week in July with my 3 children (8, 10, 12 years), my brother and my parents (4 adults, 3 children). This was our first Hilton Head experience. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is as advertised. The home and property are very clean and well-managed. We found the pool and spa to be clean and in good working condition. In fact, everything was is such good shape we did not need to contact management for any issues during our stay. I did email the management company prior to our stay with a few questions and each email was addressed promptly and professionally. The spa was hot (103-104), which was important to our family. There are two dishwashers in a very large spacious kitchen. Nice range, grill, ample refrigerator space. Even has a wine fridge. One issue to be mindful about is the property and home have many levels and sets of stairs that may be challenging for some guests. This was not a problem for our family. Although, it could be an issue for elderly or guests with physical limitations. A few tips: Rent bicycles. The property rental came with a VayK credit which we used. If riding at night be mindful the island is dark. Bring flashlights or bicycle lights and a helmet. stores are busy. Consider using the grocery delivery service or mobile app. When shopping for groceries keep in mind disposable items such as coffee filters, paper towels, condiments, detergent, etc are not provided. Exceptional experience. 5/5. Would stay again!

Family Getaway ~ Duck Hawk Sea Pines
Excellent in every way! Five bedrooms were great! The two dishwashers in the kitchen and then the full fridge/ microwave in the pool house were very helpful. We stocked the pool house fridge with drinks/ snacks so folks didn’t have to go up to the kitchen while at the pool.

Family vacation
Great property with beach access. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Lots of room to spread out. Communication with property manager was very efficient. Got back to us right away and took care of any issues promptly.

We had a wonderful time taking advantage of all this lovely home had to offer. The rooms were spacious, the location couldn't be better and the pool was an added bonus. The people at Coastal Home and Villa were very friendly and accommodating and renting from them was seamless.

Perfect for extended family
This is the second time we have stayed here. Perfectly situated on the beach but set back for privacy with a great heated pool. Great for Grandparents to host their kids and grandkids. The gathering areas are mostly carpeted which is unusual for the beach but great for crawling babies. The pool house was perfect for our single, adult son who could get some quiet time when needed. Love this beach home! Coastal Home is far and away the best and most responsive management company we have ever rented from.

Hilton Head island. A week in paradise.
It was a wonderful week. House was very nice. My only complaint, they needed a broom and dust pan to clean up kitchen crumbs and sand. I looked all over and only found a large heavy vacuum cleaner.

Another Fantastic Stay
This is our third year at 28 Duck Hawk, with three generations of family gathering in this gorgeous home for a great week in Sea Pines. The house is perfect -- we love the location, the privacy of the pool and the direct access to the beach. Spring Break 2022
The house has great lay-out for a families and a perfect location. The beach is short walk away and the pool/hot tub is nice backup for cooler days. The property management company was outstanding, arriving within 10 minutes from the time we messaged them about an issue with the pool. We would highly recommend this property!
