Family togetherness
Over the top amazing. First the house. Very accommodating for that many people to be in one facility. Two of everything, washer & dryer, dishwasher, stoves, refrigerator, and an ice maker, and plenty of outdoor living spaces. The bedrooms were the best, each with it's own bathroom, sound proof, and spacious. Absolutely gorgeous home, and a beautiful view. Plenty of room to be and do your own thing as well as interact with family. We catered a Saturday night meal to give everyone a break and a treat and the office was so helpful with everything we called to inquire about. It was amazing - one for the best memory books for us all to be together.

22 Sandhill Crane Heaven
We had a fantastic week with our three generational family at 22 Sandhill Crane. The house was comfortable and easy to accommodate our large group, as well as provide many ways to have quiet time in smaller groups. The kitchen was extremely well out fitted, and we are a family of cooks! The short walk to the beach, the glorious second story views, the pool, the screened in porch and diverse groupings of bedrooms, and living areas were loved by all! Extremely well maintained!

Perfect!
We enjoyed our stay so much last year, we returned this year. It was just as nice as we all remembered. The house is truly exceptional. Very well appointed, clean and beautiful. And the beach is perfect. Wide, flat and so easy to get to. If that wasn’t enough Coastal Home Villas was an absolute joy to work with. Both years, they have been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive. Cheers to 22 Sandhill Crane!

The Grandest Grandparents Experience
We returned for our second year with our children and their five young children. The house was even better with a gorgeous new pool and spa. We survived Hurricane Idalia and the house was totally intact. We love the spacious bedroom and en-suite accommodations for all. The kitchen has everything and has two large refrigerators and even one in the garage. We like to cook and our extended families on the same street and we had two dishwashers to handle the pasta and pizza parties. Bedding is comfortable and beach towels are abundant. I wish they would provide a couple beach chairs. We rent ones each day for the adults with umbrellas but the young kids could use a seat sometimes. I plan to book again next summer. There’s nothing like seeing the ocean every day!

Perfect Home for our famliy
We have been vacationing on HHI since the 1990s. This trip we had our entire family and 3 grandchildren under 3. The home was perfect for us. The bedrooms offer a nice suite style so each family unit had privacy. The beach was so close and not crowded. The pool area, including outdoor seating, was our favorite place as we could still see the ocean from there and that's rare in a Sea Pines oceanfront home. Home is well maintained and spotless. Kitchen is well stocked--which was good because we prefer cooking to eating out. Our family would recommend this home and already have to others in our area.

AMAZING!
AMAZING! No other word for it. A completely unforgettable experience - the house was perfect! HGTV/MTV Cribs-worthy gorgeous furnishings, so many thoughtful amenities, a gorgeous private beach, amazing sunrise/sunset, quiet neighbors, spotless cleaning, high quality beds and linens, very safe and private location, etc. We absolutely had the time of our lives! Clear and friendly communication from the rental company and effortless checkin and checkout. No complaints whatsoever!!

Outstanding home!!
This is a great family house. The setup worked well with small children. The property exceeded the descriptions. We had minor issues getting the pool heated and the staff was right on it and took care of the issue immediately. It was a cold Spring break week and we wanted the pool a bit warmer and they took care of it immediately. i can't say enough about the Coastal Home and Villa staff. They were helpful and always very pleasant. We have rented homes many times and this i one of the best equipped kitchens we have had. I loved the labels on the drawers and cabinets which made it easy to find items as well as getting them back where they belong. Outdoor and grill area is perfect. We grilled every night and it was a nice spot for everyone to gather. I would highly recommend this property and Coastal Hove and Villa.

Great Rental, Location, Space and met expectations
This property was well taken care of, clean and everything was in working order. Kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook large meals including a low-country boil. The pics do not show this but there is a K-Cup machine in place of a coffee pot. Having the ice machines at a rental like this just made life easier with packing coolers for the beach. The multiple living spaces helped us spread out. Highly recommend if you need a large rental property. We had a couple small requests for the management company and they were extremely fast and professional to respond.

Great vacation house
We had a great week. Good weather helped, of course, but the house worked well for my wife and me, 3 children with spouses, and 4 grandchildren. Everyone had enough space for their needs. We ate most meals at home and the kitchen was well equipped to handle our group. The A/C worked great and the pool and pool deck were well-used. Only suggestion: dining room chairs were too heavy to move easily.

Beautiful property and well-appointed home in gorgeous Sea Pines. What’s not to love?! Even better, the on-site management company was spectacular. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a fantastic family vacation and can’t wait to return.

Grandmother Didi
Our family consists of five small grandchildren. The outdoor areas. pool and closeness to the ocean were fabulous. The layout of the house was great which gave us all privacy and quite. I agree with the other reviewer that the furniture in the dining area and the kitchen island were extremely heavy and difficult to move. I have rented in Sea Pines for over 40 years and this kitchen was equipped with the best selection and quality ever! It was a pleasure cooking and having two dishwashers was a dream. The double refrigerator was spectacular too! no need for beach towels... there are lots and they are very very nice. I plan to come again next year. Loved the house.

A Gorgeous Property!
We have high standards when it comes to vacation homes, and this home did NOT disappoint! The location was magnificent; just steps to the beach. The kids could ride their scooters on the private boardwalk from the beach to the house and we wouldn't have to worry about them. The outdoor area was incredible; the grill, covered area, fridge, pool, even the outdoor bathroom which we didn't even discover until the end of the week, all were meticulously taken care of. The pool and hot tub were heated, thankfully, as the weather wasn't the greatest while we were there. The kitchen had everything you could need and I so appreciated the organization of everything, and of course the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! While there were only 5 of us there, we could have taken another family (or two!) and still had plenty of room to ourselves with the 3 separate living areas. Would have been a perfect week had the weather cooperated, but since we had to be stuck inside, I was glad it was at this house! We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Property, Awesome Outdoor Area
We have stayed at this home many times before. This house always is immaculate. But this year, we got an extra treat. The owner completely redid the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and board walk to the beach. The Property Manager was extremely helpful and was waiting for us upon check-in to walk us through the instructions on how to turn on the heat and jets for the jacuzzi and how to use the new outdoor kitchen grill. Much appreciated! The entire family had a great vacation.

Lovely
My family decided to quarantine at the beach to get a change of scenery. And wow, was this place provided a much-needed respite. Since I cooked all meals but two because of the quarantine, I wondered if the kitchen would have what I needed. And yes, it is well stocked! The pool and quick access to beach was perfect for my kids to take breaks from distance learning . The house is really lovely and felt like a home. The rental agency was also responsive and very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them.
