Be one of the first guests to stay in this stunning home that was COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2024! With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms - 140 North Sea Pines Drive can host a group of up to 16 guests. You'll have your toes in the sand in no time by taking a quick walk/bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
A nice perk is this is dog friendly home allowing two small dogs maximum per reservation and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax - please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog.

- Bedroom 4: King (2nd Floor, 65" Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.
- Private Pool/Spa Info: This BRAND new pool and spa were completed in 2024 and is 24' by 12' with a depth of 3.5-5.5'. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

- Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.
- Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

The Perfect Vacation
Absolutely LOVED this home! 140 North Sea Pines Drive is BEAUTIFUL! The owners did a wonderful job with the renovations – it was by far the best home we have ever rented. The updated kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for our family of ten. The pool was large and the kids absolutely loved it. The beach was a very quick bike ride away. We very much enjoyed our beach days at the nearby beach club. We loved the home so much we are already planning a return trip for later this year. Modern, Clean and Beautiful
Hurricane Debby arrived during our stay which meant we spent a lot of time indoors! This house is HUGE and roomy - everyone had a large beautiful bedroom and bathroom for maximum privacy. The house is fresh, clean and well-stocked. We cooked and played games and enjoyed the modern amenities. The management company made us feel safe ahead of and during the storm. They sent regular email updates to keep us informed. They called and stopped in a few times to be sure we were safe and comfortable. We had some wonderful weather at the end of the week and loved the short ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed gator-watching from the safety of the upstairs back porch.
